A previous spec bar and marketing area suite in the Union Trust Building was completely renovated into a first class eat in/take out restaurant space. A full kitchen and dining area were added to the space in addition to the modern aesthetic throughout the redesigned and repurposed space. Shannon installed a mechanical system for a full kitchen in a historic building, as well as ensuring the space was able to open on time.
