Shannon Construction welcomes Eric Waters to the family! Eric will be pivotal in expanding our market share in both the Pittsburgh region and within the United States. Eric brings a decade and a half of experience in the industry where he worked extensively on large Government Construction projects ranging from extending the runway at Reagan National Airport and installing the first EMASS system to Design/Bid/Build of the JAG offices on Quantico MCB, and Range Complex for the FBI Academy to Space Fence Satellite Debris Tracking Project in the South Pacific, Poland and Western Australia with contracts up to $2.2 billion and over $4 billion in total over the course of his career. Eric also served our country for 18 years in the Army as a flight medic - combat medic transitioning to Contracting Command later in his career.
Eric comes to us from Chester, West Virginia with a BS in Biology, MPA/ID from Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Georgetown. Licenses and Certifications include the completion of the QCM course from USACE, EM 385-1.1 from USACE, OSHA 30 Extensive FARS and DFARs training and is Lean Six Sigma trained.
